In a half-submerged, surrealist city of ruins and memory, a lone stranger navigates forgotten tunnels, bureaucratic ghosts, and fish who now own the streets. As he moves deeper into the drowned world of Pedra Negra, the boundaries between self and city begin to dissolve.
